HOT SPRINGS, Ark, April 25 (U, P.)~Dapper ex-Mayor Leo P. McLaughlin today was victor in a $200,000 breach of promise suit. The action was brought by 32-year-old Lucile Griffith of Oklahoma City, who accused him of reneging on promises of marriage. The all-married male jury deliberated one hour. Nebraska's Boys Town, today presented Gen. Douglas MacArthur] with a scroll commissioning him an admiral in Nebraska's “dry land” navy. Fr. Flanagan, in Japan for a study of juvenile problems, made the presentation on behalf of Gove ernor Val R. Peterson.
