Cold Running Streams Set to Offer Exciting Sport to Indiana Anglers By MARC G. WAGGENER
Tune up that tackle and dig out those flies. The trout season opens Thursday, May 1, and the conservation department has just finished putting 6000 legal-size trout in suitable northern Indiana waters. While the opening of the trout season does not create the stir among Hoosier anglers that greets the opening of the bass and panfish season on June 16, it does draw hundred of fishermen to the cold-running
