Indiana Stone Used It is built of Indiana limestone with a concrete floor base. The home forms a T with 170 feet frontage and a crossbar of 66 feet. The model home has six rooms and a two-car garage, but no basement. The lot size is 100x175 feet. The house sets well to the front of the lot, leaving the rear for gardening. The house is divided into “zones” for living, quiet and recreation Master Bedroamm is 12x16 feet, with floor to ceiling windows filling the west side; it has a large window two feet from-the floor:on the north side. After five months in the “dream and planning” stages, the model | . home of the Indianapolis Home Show will be unveiled to the public at 5'p. m. tomorrow in the Manufacturers building at the Fairgrounds. 3 | The home was created by more than 125 manufacturers and distribu- | tors of building materials, home furnishers, architects and decorators. The model home is a combination of many of the newest post-war

The north end of the room, paneled from floor to ceiling, has a built-in desk surrounded by bookshelves. On the south end of the room, a marble fireplace with a stone hearth is placed between two doors leading to the activities room. More bookshelves are placed between each side of the fireplace and the doors. Dining Room also has floor to ceiling windows with planting box two feet off the floor. Doors beneath the planting box open to reveal louvres for controlled ventilation. Kitchen and Breakfast Room is 19x8 feet, ' with window above looking out upon | service entrance.
