The bride was Miss Laural Ann Watts, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Watts of Carmel. Mr. Green, Havre de Grace, Md. is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Green, Winchester, Va. The gown of white nylon worn by the bride was fashioned with a peplum extending into a short | train.
