Hope to Pass 5000 Mark This Year

A. in the world from point of membership is the Senate Ave, branch of the local organization, Founded 35 years ago, the organization has grown until its membership at the last report totaled 4788. Next week the group begins its 1947 membership campaign and hopes are high to send the total over the 5000 nark. It is the largest “Y" unit in the state — white or Negro.
