Council Considers 57,000 Requests:
Additional appropriations totaling $57,000 were considered by the county council today. Reappearing in the appropriation ordinance was a request for $1600 to purchase a staff car for Prose|cutor Judson L. Stark. More than |a month ago the council voted down

car. Since then, however, Colinty Republican Chairman Henry E. Osirom intervened in behalf* of the prosecutor and suggested that the appropriation be reconsidered. The biggest request was for $34,000 to finance the newly created criminal court II. It was formally opened in the basement of the court house two weeks ago.
