Changes Hands

Keith's theater has been sol to two New York theater operators’ according to an announcement by Sam Roberts, president of the Keith Operating Co., Inc, The purchasers were Arthur J. Steel and Harold Mirish, Mr. Roberts sald, Reported sale price was near $250,000. The new owners also operate a theater in Jacksonville, Fla, ‘The lease will be transferred April 30, Mr. Roberts said. A. W. Baker, manager of Keith's, will retain his position,

LONDON, March 20 (U, P,).—Five of 18 persons aboard the 450-ton motorship Famagusta, which was abandoned in the Bay of Biscay during a heavy gale, were reported missing today. The reconverted landing craft was carrying. a party of Britons to Cyprus, where they planned to se up new homes. ‘
