Drawing Is Arranged for Tomorrow Night for Season-Book Holders

Shelbyville High School Principal J. W. O. Breck today faced some ticket figuring magic which would baffle even the great Thurston. His problem was to distribute 800 tickets to this Saturday's Indiana state basketball finals among the thousands of eager seekers, ! The Shelbyville Democrat says that Shelbyville faces the “year's worst ticket jam" as the Golden Bears made the round of four for the
first time since 1035. Shelbyville plays East Chicago Washington in the second game at the Butler fleld house this week. Mr. Breck announced that students of the school will get. the first call on the Bhelbyville allotment, Then will come those who held regular season ducats. After that—no one,
It seemed a certainty that the students would take 500 or more, leaving less ‘than 300 for distribu tion among 1600 season ticket purchasers, who will get theirs through a lottery tomorrow night.
Mr. Breck wasn't in to telephone callers yesterday and his office said he “wouldn't be back until -tomorrow.” The assumption was that he was combing other sections of the
"area trying to pick up a few extra
tickets, but without much success. "The situation in Shelbyville was typical of other Hoosler cities and towns—not enough tickets to go around.
