J5 ec. finely chopped onion 2% c. ground left-over (cooked) beef or ¥ 1b. fresh ground hamburger 1-tsp. prepared. horseradish 2% ec. medium white sauce 1 1b. mushrooms, cleaned, cut 1; tsp. chopped onion i tsp. salt Y ec. finely chopped parsley Prepare biscuit dough by using two cups flour, one-half teaspoon

aer,. one-third cup shorténing and seven-eighths cup milk.~ - . Melt one-half thy outter in skillet. Add onions and saute until slightly transparent, about five minutes. Stir in the ground meat, horseradish and three-fourths cup of the white sauce. Let stand to cool. Roll biscuit dough into 9 by'12inch rectangle. Spread with meat mixture. Roll as for jelly roll. Seal edges. Cut into eight crosswise slices. Place on greased baking sheet, cut side down. Bake at 425 degrees F. (hot) 25 to 30 minutes. Cover pinwheels first 15 minutes with plain paper to prevent drying out. Then remove. Meanwhile, saute mushrooms in remaining butter. Add the onion and salt and remaining white sauce. Heat to boiling. Add the parsley and serve hot over baked sliced pinwheels, Serves four to six.
