VINCENNES, Ind, March 12 (U. P.).—Mrs. Anna Catherine Small, 20, was back home with her three young children today. She is free! of réSponsibility in the gun death of her husband. . A Knox county grand jury made a no bill report yesterday to Judge Ralph A. Seal, clearing Mrs, Small of responsibility in the shooting of Donald Small, 30, the night of March 4.
