Charles Brown, 55, of Greencastle, reported that he was blackjacked and robbed of $20 at Indiana ave. and North st. early today. Robert Goodman, 38, of 1405 N. I ars st, was robbed of $23 by a couple who hailed his cab at North st. and Indiana ave. Saturday night. Near 2400 N. Arsenal ave. the man pulled a gun and took the money, also jerking out wires on the cab’s radio. The bandit and his woman companion fled. Police later arrested a 35-year-old woman on Hovey st. and -are ‘| holding her on a yagrancy charge. !| Mr. Goodman identified her as the woman.
