1 ¢. elbow macaroni 2qts. boiling, salted water 2 tbsps. butter 3 tbsps. flour 1 c. milk 15 tsp, salt % tsp. pepper 1 egg, slightly beaten % 1b, cheese, shredded 1% c. fine soda cracker crumbs 3 tsp. Worcestershire sau » » » 1 egg slightly beaten 1 tsp. milk Soda cracker crumbs 4 tbsps. fat Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain, Melt butter in top of double boiler; add flour and blend well. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly to keep smooth. Add salt and pepper. Place over boiling water and cook, stirring frequently, until thick. Slowly add egg, then cheese, stirging constantly. Add macaroni, cracker, crumbs and Wor- , cestershire sauce, Remove from
