Samuel E. Vaughn, 1024 N. Mis souri st., the first disabled veteran to be given driving lessons by the Red Cross Motor corps, has passed | his driver's test. While serving ‘as san engineer in army aviation battalion, Mr. ghn suffered the loss of his left leg. The new Red Cross program offers driving lessons to disabled veterans and other handicapped persons who have to use special car |attachments.
