Mr. Miller was a native of Read’ ing, Pa., living in Illinois and Iowa before moving to Caldwell county, Mo., where he was educated, taught school and studied law. His first wife, Mrs. Edith Elizabeth Miller, died in 1895. He is survived by his second wife, Mrs. Lillie
