By UNITED PRESS The Indianapolis Kautskys, taking advantage of losses suffered by their nearest rivals, the Oshkosh AllStars and the Anderson Packers, took a two-game lead today in the National Basketball league's western race after defeating the Youngstown Bears, 54 to 50, at Youngstown last night.
