Buehler, senior Scouting,’ and L. J. Badollet, public relations. Plans for 1047 will be outlined by Delmer H. (Skipper) Wilson, Scout executive, Arthur R. Baxter is chairman of a nominating committee. Other members are E. 'W. Harris, Henry F. Schricker, Max Gould, John Scheidler and Wiley Dorsett. The committee will recommend council officials, national council represen- |= tatives and 115 members-at-large |= from the entire area, = The Rev. Howard Baumgarfel will |= give the invocation.
