Mr, Marth, who retired two years ago after being employed for eight years at the Chevrolet Body Co. died here yesterday. A native of {Gérmany, he had lived in Indianapolis 42 years and was a member of the Moose lodge. Services will be coriducted by the Rev. Ritchie 'D. Ocheltree, pastor of the Unity Methodist church, Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary E. Marth; a daughter, Mrs, Elizabeth Moore; two sons, David OC. Marth and Charles D. Marth: two

Services for Robert Forey, former Shortridge high school student, will

{be at 9 a. m, Thursday in St. Philip Neri Catholic church and burial will be in Holy Cross. Mr. Forey, who was 19, died yesterday morning at Long hospital, He resided at 513 Parker ave. and had been eniployed by the Decatur Cartage Co. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles J. Forey,-of the Parker ave. address. Surviving besides his parents, are two brothers, Charles K. Forey, and Harold L. Forey; three sisters, Misses Elizabeth Forey, Margaret Ann Forey and Rose Marie Forey, and his grandmother, Mrs. Elizabeth Willlams, all of Indianapolis.

Services for Mrs. Helen Ruth Williams, 2060 Houston st., who died {'Saturday, will be held at 9:30 a. m. tomorrow in Bt. Prancis de Sales Cathelic church. “Burial will be in Holy Cross. Mrs. Williams, who was 38, lived in Indianapolis 21 years and was a member of St. Francis de Sales church and the Altar society. Survivors are her husband, Joseph D. Williams; a son, Richard Lawson; a daughter, Miss Margaret Lawson, both of Indianapolis; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Lawson, Marshall, Ill, and three brothers, John Gaddis, Rockford, Ill, and Leo Gaddis, and Robert Gaddis, both of Marshall.
