The Georgia Street Service Men's

center will be formally closed today, marking the end of USO ac-

tivity in

Indianapolis.

ice activities in Indiaanpolis,

The Georgia street center was operated during the war .by the Catholic Community services and last June was taken into the Community fund, with centralization of

USO services.

Since its opening

Dec. 6, 1942, the center served 161,815 service men. With the closing of USO here, remaining activities for service men
