Right Upheld Contracts Covering Supervisors Valid
WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 (U. P.). ~The U. 8. court of appeals today upheld the right of the government to negotiate union contracts covering supervisory employees in gov-ernment-operated coal mines. The court did not rule directly on the question of whether supervisory workers can claim bargaining rights under the national labor relations act.
