Two Where nine entrances served last lear, 21 will pour trafic into the Indianapolis Motor Speedway grounds next race day. Newsmen got a glimpse of the improvements at the track yesterday when President Tony Hulman and General Manager Wilbur Shaw entertained them at an elk dinner in the golf clubhouse. Track Superintendent Jack Fortner explained that a lot of traffic will be speeded by a new road system within the infleld. These all have been constructed and will be black-topped when the weather permits. Officials are determined that there never again will be a jam similar to that of 1946. The main gates now will be used for pedestrian traffic only and the paddock tunnel will be masked to expedite movement into the infleld. New spectator areas next to the fence also have been arranged.
