Emond, Chicago, director of automotive safety for Armour & Co. at a 6:30 p. m. dinner meeting Wednesday in the Hotel Lincoln. Mr. Emond is the chairman of the commercial vehicle section of the National Safety council and has been a member of the lecture staffs of several colleges and universities Instructing in automotive safety.
