Indiana man, wanted in Kansas| City, Mo., for first degree murder. | Curtis Moseby Cowherd, 39, ar-| rested and sentenced at South Bend for receiving stolen goods, has been identified as Curtis Moseby, wanted by Kansas City police. Moseby, who used the alias Cowherd, was arrested in South Bend Nov. 11. His fingerprint card was received yesterday by state police. Making a routine check William Sample, state police identification officer; discovered the man's past record. Moseby now is being held for Kansas City police.
