Mr. Frankfort recently had obtained a lease on the bondsmen row building. When Mrs. Rapia’s effects were {hauled out jnto the street: by the |sheriff’s office, she moved in with {the ‘Hitch & McNulty Bonding Co. in the same building. Then, Mr. Frankfort ordered the Hitch-McNulty firm to vacate its quarters by Dec. 13. Members of this firm are Ralph Hitch, Thomas and Edward McNulty. The McNulty |brothers are lawyers and Republican politicians. Mr. Hitch and the McNulty brothers said they will fight the eviction and have hired Paul Rochford, attorney, to do legal battle, !
