Three Pendleton women were in fair condition in Methodist hospital {today after the car in which they {were riding collided with a truck at Brookside ave. and Rural st.

Mrs. Colphine Underwood, driver {of the car, received rib and arm injuries when her car hit the truck, driven -by Arthur F. Dat, 921 8. Missouri. st. Mrs. J. R. Stubbs received face lacerations and chest injuries and {Mrs. Robert Martin received a fractured rib. Police charged Mrs. Un!derwood with reckless driving and failure to stop at a preferential street.
