The Caroline Scott Harrison D. A. R. chapter yesterday afternoon honored members of .the chapter's families who served in world war II, The event was a tree planting memorial service at the Benjamin Harrison Memorial home, 1230 N. Delaware st. A bronze marker was unveiled by Mrs. E. C. Rumpler, the chapter's historical research chairman. Setting of the red oak tree was directed by the three regents who held office during the war— Mesdames William Dobson, Herbert R. Hill and Arch N. Bobbitt.
