Mrs, Allan R. Stacy, chairman of the portrait committee, will make the presentation address. The portrait will be accepted on behalf of the school by Miss Mary L. Peacock, school “director of nurses. Mrs. Nellie G, Brown, superintendent of Ball Memorial hospital, Muncie, will preside. Mrs. Clarke, the portrait subject, who was director from 1915 to 1931, is now retired and living in Connecticut, \
