Warns
An Indianapolis wholesale firm, accused of overdrawing its rationed sugar bank account by more than 1,000,000 pounds, was suspended today from the sale of sugar for the duration of rationing. The suspension was ordered by acting hearing commissioner John McMaio of the office of price administration, against the N. K. Hurst Co., Ine. OPA food enforcement attorney Samuel E. Garrison charged that the company could not account for 148,229 pounds: of sugar and had overdrawn its sugar bank account for 1,162,268 pounds. Suspension followed 4 hearing last Aug. 6 and 7 in the federal| building, after which the commissioner toook the case under advise-

Contact with a cable carrying 13,000» volts of electriicty caused fatal injury to Joseph E. Borem, 19, of 2108 E 12th st, yesterday at Ft.
Mr. Borem was working on breakers at an Indiana Service Corp. substation in that city when he suffered third-degree burns over most of his body. He died 40 minutes ‘after the accident in St. Joseph's hospital there. Another Indianapolis man, Paddy McMackel, 39, received minor burns about the face and hands when he attempted to ald Mr. Borem.
