Occupational therapist at- the Veterans’ Administration hospital here, Miss Butts is part of the new program to rehabilitate wartorn veterans. For 14 years recreation director at the hospital, she is back in her own field, now, of: occupational therapy.
Since- 1922 this vivacious, whitehaired woman has worked with the physically handicapped in veterans’ hospitals. A graduate of John Herron=Art school, she has utilized her artistic and, creative ability to help others and today she is realizing a desire to see this fleld developed in her home state hospital. ..
