Louis Greenberg, a retired Indianapolis grocer, died yesterday in his home, 601 E. New York st. He was 54, A native of Poland, he had lived here 30 years... Mr. Greenberg operated a-grocery nearly 25 years before hie became ill about a year ago. He was a member of the United Hebrew congregation and Workman’s circle. Survivors are his wife, Rose; a son, Joseph, an employee of the Indianapolis Star sports department, and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Freedman, Detroit, Mich., and Mrs, Lilly Rubenstein, Los Angeles, Cal.
