{POLICE STAGE AMING RAIDS
Time in 9 Days.
Police made raids on six alleged gaming houses over the week-end arresting operators and players while state police raided for the sec~ ond time in nine days a large bingo game near Noblesville. State police arrested the operators of the. Horseshoe Lodge on White river near Noblesville and cited 125 patrons to appear in Ham-
ilton circuit court today. The two alleged operators are from Indianapolis and were already under $1000 pond on gaming charges following a recent raid. Other raids were: Eight persons and one alleged operator, Walter Squires, 37, of 1124 Madeira st, were arrested Saturday night when police raided Squires room. Squires was charged with keeping a gambling house and the alleged players were charged with gaming and visiting a gaming house. Police confiscated $4.55 in
