Grounds were not stated, and the duke is not contesting the action. The Michaelmas term opens Monday. : The duke’s marriage in 1030 was the social vent of the year, Winston Churchill attended the duke, who was 51 years old at the time. For a wedding present, West minster reportedly presented his third duchess with the $1 million porter-Rhodes diamond pendant. His tenants were given a week's free rent, Million-Dollar Income Westminster owns 600 acres in London, including the fashionable Belgravia area, and thousands of acres of English countryside. His rent roll is said to total $1 million annually, and his total holdings have been estimated at $100

million. Both of Westminster's former marriages were dissolved. He has no sons. The heir to his fabulous estates is his cousin, Capt. Robert Grosvenor, The present duchess formerly was the Hon. Leola Ponsonby. The 67-year-old duke is one of Britain's most specular peers. He has been described as “almost a myth” because of his various exploits.
