SCOUTS OPEN TROOP DRIVE

Seek to Cultivate Interest in ‘Organization.

A campaign to organize additional troops of Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and SeniorScouts in Marion county got underway this week at a meeting of 40 Indianapolis men who will back the drive, y Under the leadership of Clarence 8S. Sweeney, chairman of the organization and extension committee of the Central Indiana council, each member of the group agreed to cultivate interest and help in the actual organization of at least one troop, pack or senior group. The drive will be joined by members of the district organization and extension committees in Hendricks, Johnson, Shelby, Hancock, Boone, Clinton and Montgomery counties, to extend the campaign throughout
