Q—1 understand VA has said that all veterans will get the same subsistence for the next three months with adjustments made after that. I know mine will be cut and I don’t want to have to send some money back later. Is it possible to have this subsistence altered right now? A—Yes. Q—If it 1s discovered that I have

my subsistence payments, how long will I get to pay it back? A—No time limit has been set for returning the money. Q—Is it true that some veterans who have been working full-time while going to school will now be able to draw some subsistence? And if so, how should a veteran go about getting in on this subsistence? A—That is true. They can arrange to get on the subsistence rolls by getting in touch with their training officer of VA regional office.
