STUART MORRISON "©, Times Foreign Correspondent PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti, Sept. 19.—This country, eager for some of the tourist rush which hits Mi‘ami every winter, is going to establish a national tourist bureau as soon as possible, President Dumarsais Estime told your ‘correspondent in an exclusive interview here today. “Tourists can be a considerable asset to our economy,” President Estime said. “The country is picturesque and offers top-notch attractions. “We will try to have first-rate tourist hotels at Kenscoff, in the mountains back of Port-Au-Prince, and at other attractive locations. We plan good roads so that tourists can reach interesting points, “We certainly will create a tourist bureau which will have the latest methods of disseminating publicity at its disposal.” President Estime’s declaration recalls the ironical termination, last January, of just such a plan,
