CHICAGO, Aug. 22.—From a wealth of standout material, Coach Bo McMillin today pondered his starting lineup of the All-Stars for their game with the Los Angeles Rams in the annual football classic

at Soldiers’ Field tomorrow night.

The’ Indiana university: mentor virtually had decided on two of his own former stars to fill spots in the starting backfield if the col-

legians receive the initial kickoff. - They are Bobby Hoernschemeyer at quarterback and Billy Hillen“prand, the former Evansville Express, at the left halfback slot. Bill (Dud) Jones of - Tulane at right half and Pat Harder of Wisconsin at full would round out this backfleld.

Should the pros be on the acceptance end of the first kick before the anticipated 95,000 tomorrow night, McMillin plans a different alignment which would include only one ex-Hoosier, Lou Saban at fullback, The other defensive men would be Northwestern's Otto Graham at quarter, Elroy (Crasmy-legs) Hirsch of Wisconsin at left half and Jones at right. One the line, the All-Stars head coach plans to use either Ralph Heywood of Southern California or Max Morris of Northwestern and Jack Russell of Baylor at ends; Martin Ruby, the squad's captain, and Mitchell Olenski of Alabama at tackles; Garrard Ramsey of William and Mary and Visco Grgich, Santa Clara, guards, and Bill Good-

wi nof Georgia in the center spot. “The Rams arrived yesterday aftsrnoon and held a brief drill at Soldiers’ field under the eye of head

Coach Adam Walsh.

Bob Waterfield, quarterback; Fred Gehrke and Jim Gillette, halfbacks, and Pat West, fullback. will make up the Rams’ starting backfield.
