| States territories has been submitted {to the United Nations in a form purportedly simed at “setéing an|
example” for all countries possessing non-self-governing colonies. Herschel V. Johnson, U, 8. dele« gate to the United Nations, transmitted the report yesterday to Sec-retary-General Trygve Lie, who re- | quested reports from all countries | maintaining dependent territories.
