changed hands in Rush county during the month of July, it was reported by Mrs. Clara Lambert, county recorder. Of the T3 pieces of acreage and houses, two in Richland township were reported as being the largest transactions. One of these brought $38,000 for 100 acres and the other was $31,910 for 161 acres. Two oneacre lots were sold for $10,500 and $11,000 in the county, and a corner fesidence in Rushville City went for $31,000.

Times Special BLOOMINGTON, Ind, Aug. 21. —Only 20 minutes after they had {been notified by Nashville, Ind., authorities that a man was heading toward Bloomington in a stolen car, city and county authorities combined forces in a squeeze play which landed Tom Powell, 16, of Indian apolis, in the local jail.
