Hopes of Indianapolis Railways, Inc, for a quick temporary injunction to enable it to hike fares immediately dimmed today as the company's injunction suit opened | here in circuit «court. The company is trying to enjoin| the Idiana public service commis~ sion from enforcing a ruling last June which forbids railways from increasing token fares from 6'4 to 8's cents. .
