Willlam Lowe Byran, president emeritus of the university, will be one of the speakers. | A bronze plaque will be dedicated , in honor of the 400 alumni of the | chapter who served in both world | wars. Another feature of the cele- | bration will be a presentation to all | alumni of a 300-page history of the | chapter, written by Karl W. Fischer.
