Friday at University park’ where judges will select the outstanding child fo win the coveted title of City Wading Pool Queen. The finals, like last night's neighborhood events, will be open to the public and admission will be free, 9 : rhe winner will receive a gold loying cup with her name engraved on it. - Each of the 20 pool winners will receive their gold charm bracelets and diving girl charm during Friday's program. The awards are gifts of the Indianapolis Times, which is sponsoring the event in conjunction with the City Park and Recreation division. The park board presented each participant with a certificate bearing her name. The pool winners were selected by impartial judges chosen from neighborhood volunteers by the park board’s recreation division. Christian wading pool had the
