Attend Diamond Jubilee: FIVE INDIANAPOLIS ALUMNAE members of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and two coeds from the Butler university chapter will attend the sorority's diamond jubilee convention at Mackinac Island, Mich., Monday through July 6. Mrs. Royer K. Brown, delegate from the Indianapolis Alumnae association and president of the group, will leave tomorrow. Other association members who will attend are Miss Dorothy Overman, alternate delegate; Miss Dorothy Segur, Mrs. Everett M. Schofield and Mrs. Mark H. Reasoner. Representing the Butler university chapter will be Miss Barbara Seeger of Southport and Miss Dottie Beck of Flora. The conven=tion, the’ first since 1940, will be held in the Grand hotel. Representatives from T5 collegiate chapters in the United States and 100 delegates from organized alumnae groups will attend. The theme of the convention will be “Education for World Participation.” On the program will be eight of the past national presidents of the sorority and representatives of the group's foreign study awards.
