By ROBERT BLOEM Fourteen sub-committees of the Democratic platform advisory com“mittee met today to wind up the business of preparing a platferm for presentation to next Thursday's state convention. With the lineup of candidates for party noriinations still a matter of confusion and uncertainty, partic-

ularly in the senate race, the platform remained the best bet to steal the convention show. Already reported to be an accepted part of the proposed platform were planks calling for nonpartisan election of judges and for a statewide primary to name all candidates for state and national offices.
