Makeupman Frank Fitzgibbons and Hairdresser Eunice Proudlove kept everybody else waiting while they made sure Aunt Cissy looked her best. “I never realized so many people knew me,” she beamed. “After the story about my contract appeared in the papers I actually received fan letters. The phone rang constahtly with friends wishing we luck. You would have thought I was taking over a Bette Davis assignment.” And, to tell the truth, she said, she was petrified.
