A single-ring service united Miss Margaret Irene Beeler and T. Sgt. Joseph W. Baxter, at 7:30 p. m. Saturday in the Centenary Chris- I tian church. The Rev. G. L. Fisher officiated. Parents of the couple are Mr, and Mrs. R. H. Beeler, 3120 Nowland ave., and Maj. and Mrs, Wilford Baxter, Greenville, S. C. The bride chose a gown with white satin bodice and marquiset skirt and train. Her illusion veil fell from a Dutch cap and she carried white roses. Miss Carroll Steinmetz, maid of honor, wore pink taffeta and carried Johanna Hill roses. Miss Barbara Baxter and Miss Barbara Schumacher, bridesmaids, wore blue taffeta and carried pink carnations. Best man was Frank A. Baxter, brother of the bridegroom, and ushers were Gene Beeler, brother of the bride, and Fred Store. After a reception at the church, the couple left on a short wedding trip.
