Sweeney Chapel Will Be the Scene Of Ellis-Kapherr Wedding Ceremony
IN A CANDLELIGHT CEREMONY at 7:30 p. m. today in Sweeney chapel at Butler university, Miss Mildred W. Kapherr will become the bride of Russell Webb Ellis. Dr. E. Burdette Backus of All Souls Unitarian church will read the single-ring ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Herman W. Kapherr are the bride’s parents and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Russell Ellis, Winchester, Mass. The chapel center aisle will be lighted with tall white tapers leading to an altar banked with palms, ferns and candelabra.
