District winners in The Times|City recreation division marbles tournament were selected last night at 12 community centers and playgrounds. Playoffs at four other cen-
ters, where the tourney was halted because of darkness, will be held tomorrow at 4 p. m, The district winners will compete at Willard Park, E. Washington st. and State ave. Saturday morning beginning at 9 o'clock. That day the Indianapolis champion will be selected. The title holder will go to Cleveland, O., with all expenses paid by The Indianapolis Times to compete in the national marbles tournament from June 3 through 1.
