By BARBARA SCHAEFFER A TASTE of spring ... a thrifty, easy way to give eye appeal and appetite inspiration’ to the family’s menus is to serve a four-star vegetable dish. . Simply take a package of quickfrozen vegetables with a medium sized caulifiower and cheese sauce —and you have an exciting new dish. . It's good “appeal” strategy to arrange the caulifiower in sections in the center of your platter and decorate with the cheese sauce. A tinge of onion added to the butter gives a savory touch, and the cheese sauced caulifiower adds nourishment to the meal. »
