reckless driving and vagrancy, and st., charged with vagrancy. The pursuit started when a car careened off Virginia ave. onto Shelby st. in front of a prowl car. Police sped after the auto as it dodged down. side stréets and into alleys, firing five times. The chase ended when "the police car developed ' motor trouble. Continuing the search on foot, Patrolmen Julian Fryback and Floyd Whobrey found ‘18-year-old Virginia Dodson, who told them she had been in the car which was driven by her brother. She directed them to her home where they found the two youths in the car, pulled up into a side yard.
