CREWMEN HELD FOR BLACK MARKET SALES
SEATTLE, May 10 (U. P.)., — Twenty-nine crew members of a war shipping administration ship from Hong Kong yesterday were arrested and charged with selling 300 cases of American cigarets into a Dutch East Indies black market. Armed with arrest warrants charging conspiracy to commit crime on the high seas federal bureau of investigation agents boarded the Liberty ship Frank Kellogg and took the crewmen into custody. Five other crewmen were sought last night.
