Stark of delaying the controversial Enoch Shriner rape case because he (Stark) “is aspolitical ally of Sheriff Otto Petit.” ] Mr. Stark and Mr. Dawson are rival candidates for the Republican prosecutor nomination. Judge Stark was chosen as special Judge in the Shriner case after it was venued from criminal court Judge William Bain. "Mr, Dawson's charges were contained today in a habeas corpus
